Delay. Trust. These are not problems โ€” They are signals. Whenever I saw low-performing salespeople, They were reacting emotionally instead of responding structurally. Objection handling is a skill, not a talent. ๐๐ž๐ ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง Negotiation is not about discount. Itโ€™s about protecting value. If negotiation training is missing, Salespeople either give discounts too early or lose the deal completely Both kill margins. ๐‚๐ฅ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž & ๐…๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ-๐”๐ฉ Iโ€™ve seen excellent conversations die just because no one followed up properly. ๐Ž๐ฅ๐ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ž๐ฐ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ฌ. ๐–๐š๐ซ๐ฆ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ฌ. Without a follow-up system, sales becomes luck-based. Final Learning (From Real Work, Not Books) When sales performance drops, donโ€™t ask: ย  โŒ โ€œWhy is he not motivated?โ€ Ask instead: โœ… โ€œWhich step of the sales process is weak?โ€ Fix the step. Performance improves automatically.
